The 31st late Dr.V.R.Paithankar oration was delivered by Dr.Dipti Patil ,noted aquatic therapist from Mumbai on 23rd July 2023.
The oration highlighted the importance of a well planned exercise regime, with an emerging field of aquatic therapy as an important therapeutic intervention for children with disabilities

The 33rd annual late Dr. V. R Paithankar memorial oration and the 15th late Dr. Nirmala Mokadam Lifetime Achievement Award function was held at NARCAOOD physiotherapy centre, Nagpur, on 20th July 2025.

The 15th late Dr. Nirmala Mokadam Lifetime Achievement award was presented to senior physiotherapist Dr.Prema Khatri ,from Chandrapur ,at NARCAOOD physiotherapy centre, Nagpur,at the hands of Dr.M.K.Deshpande ,President ,NARCAO

Dr.Prema Khatri delivered the 33rd oration on the topic "Care of newborns in ICU". Shedding light on this extremely important topic, she elaborated how carefully the therapists have to handle the high risk babies in the ICU ,working along the multidisciplinary team of professionals.
